🥇 Faster, higher, stronger. And suddenly, the podium. Heroes of a nation, they win their medals with sweat and tears and make the crowds dream. Then silence. What happens to our athletes at the end of their careers? For a long time, it was difficult for top sportsmen and women to change careers, apart from a few happy endings in the world of coaching or sports journalism, but the rules are changing. Former players are proving to have all the soft skills that companies are looking for. How are French schools preparing the new generation of medallists for ambitious dual careers in sport and academia? What new arrangements are possible and how are they being experienced on the ground?
