Welcome to this episode 2 of our series Pacific Toks. Today we're meeting with Audrey Tang, Digital Minister of Taiwan in charge of Social Innovation. Audrey is a civic hacker who played a key role in the sunflower movement of 2013 and who is now Taiwan’s Digital Minister in charge of Social Innovation. She has made the 2019 list of 100 global thinkers published by Foreign Policy magazine. Interestingly enough, she also defines herself as a conservative anarchist. But more on that later.
