A thought provoking episode: If life is a marathon, not a sprint, then what are you doing each day to train and ensure you've got the tools to succeed? (We all know I'm rubbish at sports metaphors, but thankfully my guest gave me this one!). In this episode I'm joined by life coach of the year 2022, leadership trainer, speaker, and former bank robber Jeff Morgan, who shares his remarkable story with us.

This special extended edition of Ep.50 has 30minutes of extra content and a more in depth discussion well worth hearing!

Highlights include the role integrity has played throughout Jeff's life (and his different career choices), the power of deconstructing things in your mind, being intentional, conscious, and patient in realising the changes you want to make.

Jeff is very open about his past, lessons learned, and what he did to change his life, how he chose what aspects and behaviours were serving him and which ones weren't; and crucially how to get rid of the latter and live the life you want to live.

And of course the ways these lessons for general life can also be applied to becoming a better leader.

We also had a brief discussion of the classic game of spotto (that's 'yellow car' for those who don't know the Aussie slang! ;-))
