Do you truly understand your people? Or any people? How well you understand human nature and how people work both as groups and individuals is an aspect of leadership we regularly touch on, but rarely is it a lesson learned through such a unique set of experiences or such highly demanding circumstances as the ones we'll be hearing about this week. Because my guest is recently retired FBI Agent and SWAT Operator, Eric Robinson. Eric will be sharing his unique journey from Christian ministry to a 24-year career in the FBI, including 15 years in SWAT. He has a wealth of stories, experiences and lessons to share from that career and we discuss leadership in law enforcement, the qualities that make a good FBI agent, why it matters to understand and support your team members.
