I'm joined by guest, Joel Miller, co-founder (with his twin brother) of The Sky Floor, LLC. A marketing agency of two, which has a slightly contrarian view, a non-traditional take if you like, on business growth and how micro-companies can run. Joel shares his unconventional views on leadership and business, we chat about the importance of lifelong learning, the value of small business operations, the need to challenge common business clichés and how staying small can be a competitive advantage.
