One of the things I wish I'd started doing earlier is building networks. Particularly ones full of supportive, people-oriented people. Early in my career I was, at best, suspicious of the term 'networking' because I didn't really understand the concept and thought it was just a pushy sales thing... So imagine my surprise when I first joined ONLE Networking! It's the complete opposite of every bad networking story you've ever heard or experienced and the reason for that, in my opinion, comes down to it's founders. Which is a long-winded way of saying, those very people are on the podcast this week! I'm joined by Kelly, James, and Kierney to talk networking and its many benefits from business to mental health and beyond, leadership dos, don'ts and wherefores, the trials, tribulations, successes and joys of business...
