This week, I'm joined by Mindset, Business, & Stress Coach, Raj Soren, also the author of Black Belt Mindset. We discuss why mental health in the workplace is not to be overlooked, stigmatised, or ignored, the role and responsibilities leaders have in this regard, and how to have a more open conversation about it in your own workplace. Raj shares his personal experiences with burnout and stress and why he is so vocal about the need for these conversations, to reduce stigma and create more supportive working environments. Other topics include the mind-body connection, the impact of leadership on organizational culture, and practical strategies for managing stress.
