There once was a family just east of Seattle that lived in the tiny rural town of Carnation, Washington. Surrounded by the beautiful landscape of the Cascade Foothills, this safe close-knit community was known for 4th of July festivals and fall harvest celebrations. But on Christmas Eve of 2007, this serene little town would become known for something else.
