Before Mélanie finished her studies at IÉSEG in 2017 (Grande Ecole Program), she applied to all Impact Hubs (https://impacthub.net/) in the world. She took a leap of faith and went to Cambodia for a six months internship as a startup advisor and... 6 years later, she is the go-to person in the region to help impact startups and entrepreneurs grow. She even got the ASEAN startup award for her impact on the Cambodian startup ecosystem. Oh and, she is 27.
