🏆 Leading expertise: A Cold War historian and specialist in Sino-Russian relations, Sergey Radchenko received the prestigious 2025 Lionel Gelber Prize for his book "To Run the World: The Kremlin's Cold War Bid for Global Power" (Cambridge University Press, 2024). His research explores the psychology of Kremlin leaders and their global power ambitions.

Author of "Two Suns in the Heavens: The Sino-Soviet Struggle for Supremacy" and "Unwanted Visionaries: The Soviet Failure in Asia", he offers unique historical perspective on Russia's contemporary alliance strategies.
